Contemporary private house competition
My concept tries to provide a solution for families who are facing difficulties paying their loans, so that I developed a relatively cheap building with small ground-space, where they could move to and start their lives again. I laid out my plan on a 3,5m * 16m fictive parcel. It would be a house from timber construction, which makes easier to enlarge or reduce the square meter of the house if it is necessary, for example in the future it will be easier to reduce when the children move to their own homes. Due to the small ground-space I planned many mobile things, e.g. some flap-tables and a bed sunk into the floor. The top floor can function as a playroom because of the huge space and have extra space for an additional bed if the family has a new member. The building has just a small garden, so I planned a terrace on the roof.
I took into consideration the economical maintenance of the house, hence the rain is being collected on the roof and a solar panel have been placed on the roof made from beer cans.
Few parcels have the same capability like this, but a lot of families need help. I took into consideration this during planing, so the concept let us to build several houses like this next to each other. A double wide parcel would let us to improve the ground-space into every direction.

Butcher's
It is my diploma plan. It is a small butcher's in a small village. There are a lot of folk monuments, so i had to pay respect to them. There are some small festivals too, so i planned eating possibilities into the complex.

Homeless
This plan tries to help homeless people. They can practice their professions here (to fix their holey shoes or shopping cart, etc.) and they can work here for food (there is a greenhouse on the top of the building).
